As an independent supplier Lords Builders Merchants has built its reputation on service, reliability and flexibility. Lords first opened its doors in 1985 and its major two and half acre heavyside sites at Park Royal in 2001 and Hayes in 2013.

This means we can deal with your order quickly and efficiently - no matter how large, small or complicated. The Sales Team are also here to offer you sound advice along with problem solving and guidance on the best products to use on a job. We can also source any product you require.

With our fleet of ten vehicles, including six crane lifts, we guarantee a next-day service with orders received before 2pm. And in some areas we can offer a same-day service. For specialist products we can arrange direct delivery from the manufacturer to your specified delivery address. We regularly request feedback from our customers to ensure that we retain a high standard of accurate billing. This ensures that any queries are kept to an absolute minimum and are handled quickly and efficiently.
