One of the oldest London shops still in operation, Chas Tapp has proudly served Islington and surrounding areas for over 200 years. Our store looks small from the outside, but once inside you will find a spacious shop with a large inventory of quality goods. Some of our customers even refer to us as the ‘Aladdin’s cave’ of building merchants. However, perhaps unlike Aladdin’s cave, all of our stock is well categorised and organised so it’s easy to find what you’re looking for!
We are open every day of the week and you will likely find all you need in our well-stocked supply of building, plumbing and decorating materials. We provide quality products at competitive prices and our friendly team provides fast, friendly and reliable service.
We are easily also accessible by public transport and convenient on-street parking is available directly in front of the shop.
