LondonFollowing to your response to my complaint on 26/12/2020, I would like to clarify that you did not refund the delivery charges at all as you mentioned in your reply because I have paid for the items £344.71 while you refunded me £321.72, this is short of the delivery charges of £19.99, and if you are willing to refund the rest of the payment I would be very appreciate it, many thanks.
